These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Edugram ("Edugram", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Edugram website and mobile app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Edugram. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you use Edugram on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of the notes, images, and other material you post ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Edugram a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and share it as needed to operate and promote the Service — for example, showing your notes to other users and in feeds. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for content others have already saved or shared and copies kept in routine backups.

You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or the law.

When using Edugram, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Upload material you do not have the right to share, or plagiarise others' work.
• Impersonate others, spam, or post misleading or harmful content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, or access it through unauthorised means.
• Use the Service to collect others' data without consent, or for any illegal purpose.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, and you can report content or block other users from within the app.

The Edugram name, logo, and the Service itself (excluding user content) are owned by Edugram and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

Edugram relies on third-party providers, including Google Firebase and Supabase, to operate. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or any content they may link to.

You may stop using Edugram and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as content licences already granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, or error-free, or that content posted by other users is accurate or appropriate. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edugram will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
