Delete your account
You can delete your Edugram account and its data at any time. Here are two ways to do it and what gets removed.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
The fastest way, if you can sign in:
- Open Edugram and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings and open the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type your username to confirm, then confirm the deletion. This can't be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. Please include your username so we can find the right account.
Or email pawangange2024@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request". We aim to action requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your account and login.
- Your profile and username.
- Your notes, posts, comments, collections, and highlights, along with your follows, likes, and saves.
- Your messages, which will no longer be accessible.
Some information may remain in routine backups for a limited period, or where we are required to keep it by law, after which it is deleted. Content you shared that others have already saved or reposted may persist in their copies.
